Thirty years, 734 kilometres and CHF 185,735 raised for charitable projects – and the desire to keep the story going.
A tradition with impact
For 30 years, Hans Schilling took part in the Frauenfeld two-hour run with great enthusiasm. He covered 734 kilometres and raised CHF 185,735 for charitable projects in many countries.

The event became an important part of our family story.
2025
The end – and a new beginning
When the Frauenfeld two-hour run ended, Hans, Remo and David quickly agreed: the connection between running and social commitment should continue.
RunToMexico was born
The three founded a non-profit association to organise an annual two-hour sponsored run and support a selected charitable project. In 2026, the journey leads to Chiapas and Sueniños.
