The planned 300 kilometres became 362 – a strong first stage on our symbolic journey to Mexico. The run is complete, but our journey continues: every additional donation moves the planned construction stage of the educational garden closer.
RunToMexico combines a passion for running with direct social commitment. The association is run on a voluntary basis – personally, transparently and independently.
Our connection to Mexico is also personal. David’s wife Marita comes from the Maya region, and their children have Swiss and Mexican roots. RunToMexico therefore connects not only two places, but also part of our own family story.
